Mulinmaria is in a very central location and visits to
other parts of Tuscany and Umbria are easy day trips.

Exit from the A1 Autostrada del Sole at Arezzo. After the tollgate go towards Arezzo and at the end of the ramp, about 10 Km long, follow signs for Perugia- Cortona (SS 71).

Once on the SS 71 highway you will see the white sign indicating the built-up centre of Olmo, and 850 m after this sign, continuing towards Perugia, you will see the Centro Commerciale “ I pini” on the right.
After 1,450 km you will see the white sign “Il Matto”. Exactly 1 Km after this sign, you will see a slightly uphill road (slightly hidden) on your left, with the sign “S.Andrea a Pigli”.

Continue down this lane for 400 m and at the end of a stonewall enclosure turn left taking an unpaved road that goes slightly down-hill, and after about 200 m you will see the mill and parking place on the right.
